Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the order being placed.
All orders placed will have tracking information sent via email. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you can track your order by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
Lost Packages:
The Sleeper Fit is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address, check with your neighbours and local postal service.
Our preferred postal service provider is Australia Post - you can lodge a lost parcel claim through their website.

Wrong address:
Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before your order is shipped. If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling Australia Post to change the delivery address. We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses.
Additional charges: Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur additional fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. Contact us through the ‘Contact’ page for more information and to check if we post to your region.
Return & Exchange Policy
Should you change your mind, we will accept returns providing the following conditions have been met:
The item is in original condition as purchased. This means it can not be worn or have personalisation added.
The item is returned to Demolition Crew within 14 days of original purchase.
If you order the incorrect size or style, please contact us at your earliest convenience to have your order amended.
